
By booking a session or enrolling in a Healthy Sprouts Online Mentoring program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Healthy Sprouts provides mentoring and coaching support for young people.
This service:
is not counselling, psychology, or therapy
is not a crisis or emergency mental health service
focuses on confidence, social skills, emotional regulation, and resilience-building
If a young person requires clinical mental health support, families will be advised to seek appropriate professional services.
Mentoring is available for children and young people within the advertised age range.
A parent or legal guardian must:
complete intake forms
provide consent
ensure the young person has a safe, private environment during sessions
Parents remain responsible for their child’s wellbeing outside of sessions.
Sessions are delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Families are responsible for:
stable internet connection
working device with camera and microphone
logging in on time
Healthy Sprouts is not responsible for session disruption due to client-side technical issues.
Standard mentoring sessions run for 45 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
Sessions finish at the scheduled time, even if the young person joins late.
All sessions and programs must be paid in advance to secure bookings.
Fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment confirms acceptance of these Terms.
Healthy Sprouts maintains a non-refundable policy to protect scheduled time and availability.
If more than 24 hours’ notice is provided before the scheduled online session:
The session may be rescheduled to another available time.
The session is not refunded.
If cancellation or rescheduling is requested within 24 hours of the session:
The session is forfeited
No refund or rebooking applies
If a young person does not attend the session without notice:
The session is forfeited
No refund or rebooking applies
Program fees are non-refundable once commenced
Missed sessions follow the same 24-hour notice policy
Programs are recommended to be completed within the scheduled timeframe for best results
Healthy Sprouts reserves the right to end a session if:
the environment is unsafe
inappropriate behaviour occurs
another person is present without prior agreement
No refund is provided if a session ends due to inappropriate conduct.
Sessions are private; however:
If a young person discloses risk of harm to themselves or others, Healthy Sprouts may contact a parent/guardian or appropriate support services to ensure safety.
Healthy Sprouts mentoring supports personal growth but cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Participation is voluntary, and families accept responsibility for decisions made outside sessions.
Healthy Sprouts may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on the website.
